Simple and unadorned but definitely bright in spirit, a beautiful silk shoud in amethyst pink dyed with sustainably sourced Peruvian cochineal. A bold and beautiful aesthetic.
 
The set includes approximately 6 metres of silk tafetta ribbon dyed with delphinium, rose and sweetpea petals. Ribbon is in a continuous length and can be cut as required to secure the shroud in 3 or 4 places after wrapping.
 
Both shroud and ribbons are enclosed in a silk keepsake bag for storage.

  • Your shroud can be stored safely for many years within it's bag in a dry place and out of harsh light.

    Essential oil sachets to deter moths are available in the boutique as an optional extra - or make your own.

    When the time comes, hot iron to remove the fold lines from storage. As an option you may with to wash to freshen up the fabric. Please ensure this is a hand wash in warm water using a wool wash detergent (pH neutral). Rinse in warm water, gentle slow spin in the machine and line dry before pressing.
